ZS Knitwear is committed to sustainable manufacturing practices. We prioritize the use of cotton-based materials and offer options such as BCI, organic, and recycled content. By incorporating these eco-conscious choices, we contribute to a greener future without compromising on product quality or style. Additionally, we provide cotton blends such as viscose, nylon, or polyester, and import materials like 100% acrylic, viscose, polyester, nylon, and other blends to meet diverse customer preferences.
Fully Fashioned Knitwear
Our Fully Fashioned Knitting in simple terms means that we have no cutting of any form. Furthermore as we Fully Link garments we do not even have waste in sewing process. Therefore we have achieved zero waste
Recycling
All of our damaged panels are rewinded back into yarn and reused again.
Yarns
Our main focus is Cotton based yarns, as they are naturally grown, are the least harmful of yarns and most importantly are biodegradable.We are also using up to 20% recycled content in our yarn.
